2009 Panel Prize Winner - Peter Buckley-Hill

Academic and musical comedian Buckley Hill established The Free Fringe in 1996 to offer more acts the opportunity to perform. In the intervening period the event has grown dramatically and offered an exciting mix of new and established talent.
